Independent hotels, resorts, and retreats deserve the same engine, pointed at their direct bookings instead of a platform's commission. That's the whole practice now: search and AI visibility for direct guest revenue.
Byron Bay farm kid. Ran a BBS, fixed the printers, built the first websites.
Sydney agencies. Fortune 500 search. Every Google update survived since 06.
Expedia ANZ. A penalised site became the number one revenue channel. Then I ran my own agency.
Now Puerto Vallarta. The agents work around the clock. I paddle at sunset.
