I built these tools for my own businesses first: dashboards, Shopify systems, content engines, CRMs, product selectors, and AI workflows that had to survive actual use.

Dorada.mx is my wife Gal's artisanal skincare brand in Mexico. I built the operating layer with AI: custom Shopify theme, operations dashboard, blog, CRM, Chrome extension, consignment tracker, product selectors, and Meta Ads creatives. The Obsidian vault keeps continuity across every asset. An agency build in the $50 to $100K range became one operator with the right tools.
This is the pattern I teach: spot the recurring work, build the workflow, measure the result, then improve it without waiting on a dev shop.
Operations Dashboard
12 page business intelligence platform. Financial KPIs, multi channel P&L, inventory, prospect CRM, creator pipeline, WhatsApp CRM, and revenue forecasting. Replaces $200+/mo in SaaS tools (HubSpot, Respond.io, WAPlus) with zero recurring costs. Bilingual ES/EN.
SEO Content Hub
86 articles across 7 topical clusters targeting 200K+ monthly searches in Mexican Spanish. Hub and spoke architecture with BOFU comparison pages driving purchase intent. 197 custom diagrams, auto generated JSON-LD schemas, GSC driven optimisation. Proxied as a subfolder (not subdomain) so all 86 articles build authority for the store, not a separate domain.
WhatsApp Qualifier
5 question flow that collects skin zone, concern, budget, and preferences before opening WhatsApp. Gal starts every conversation with full context instead of 'Hola, what do you want?' Tracks drop off and UTM attribution from Meta Ads.
Consignment Tracker
Multi store inventory and revenue management system. Tracks product placements across retail locations with automatic 70/30 commission splits, per store P&L, restock alerts when inventory drops, payment period tracking (pending/paid), and sale logging by store employee. 5 relational data models (Store, Product, Placement, Sale, Payment). Server Actions throughout.
Skin Diagnostic Quiz
8 adaptive questions with conditional branching. Scores into 7 result buckets based on skin zone, climate, dryness, sensitivity. Converts anonymous visitors into qualified WhatsApp leads with prefilled diagnosis summaries. Zero dependencies, total bundle under 15KB.
Skin Product Selector
Guided product recommender for visitors who know their skin problem but not the right routine. Turns Gal's product knowledge into a simple decision path the customer can use before starting a WhatsApp conversation.
Store Locator
9 locations across Mexico. Interactive map with color coded markers, real time search, category filters, Google Maps directions, and WhatsApp ordering. Zero API costs. Leaflet + OpenStreetMap instead of Google Maps ($7/1000 loads). No build step, pure Liquid.
GraphQL Product CLI
Custom bash tool for bulk product updates, variant pricing, and metafield management. No more clicking through Shopify admin one product at a time.
WhatsApp CRM Extension
9-tab Chrome extension layered on WhatsApp Web. Templates, broadcast with ban safe rate limiting, scheduled messages, campaign stats, contact tagging, auto reply with voice queue, sales logging from chat, and Shopify order notifications. Replaces WAPlus + WAWCD at $0/mo.
